Located in Norhdale near the Dalemabry Hwy, it is an excellent area. It is a studio for 2 guests. This studio features a queen size bed, full bathroom, a kitchenette with microwave, fridge, coffee maker, cooking pots including rice cooker. It has a separate entrance, parking, smoking area and easy access to the entrance. It is very well conditioned and with excellent cleanliness. The space The studio has a mini-split with automatic control of your choice, hot water, iron, ironing board, hairdryer. It also has basic items such as towels, sheets, soap, shampoo, conditioner, clothes hooks, hand sanitizer, first aid kit, fire extinguisher, smoke detector and carbon monoxide detector, WiFi access, TV and cable. No pets allowed and please no smoking inside the studio. We have a designated smoking area. Guest access You'll have access to a nice smoking area, located outside the studio for your convenience. Other things to note We are about 1:50 minutes from all Orlando parks.
