The space It is a ground floor with a large outdoor area with garden furniture to enjoy the spectacular ocean views! This apartment is located in the town of Mogro, in the municipality of Miengo in Cantabria. It is a town of great beauty in a tourist enclave, immersed in the Pas River. It is located just 15 kilometers from Santander. Our apartment is rented in its entirety with capacity for 5 people who will have a 50 m² apartment + 20 m² terrace. Our establishment is distributed in the following rooms: A room with a double bed with decorative paintings, a wooden wardrobe and a mirror. On each side of the bed there are two nightstands. It has a flat-screen TV A bedroom with a double bed with a large window overlooking the outside. It has two bedside tables and decorative paintings. It has a flat-screen TV. A room with a single bed (old adapted terrace) with ocean views, a small table with a lamp, a dresser with drawers and a flat-screen TV. A kitchen with appliances (ceramic hob, microwave oven, filter coffee maker, toaster, blender). It's a small but functional kitchen, ideal for preparing our favorite dishes. A bathroom with a shower with tiles in blue tones. It has various amenities such as towels and hygiene products (hand soap, gel, shampoo, hair dryer, toilet paper). A living room with a 3-seater sofa in cream color, decorative paintings with various motifs. It has a flat-screen TV with a wooden cabinet and a low table. A dining area with table and chairs with seating for several diners. Outside we will have: A terrace with outdoor chill-out furniture, sofas and a designer armchair, with umbrellas. A picnic area, ideal for enjoying a good meal with family or friends overlooking the garden. A barbecue. A landscaped area with natural grass, where you can take quiet walks outdoors at any time of the day. Guest access Guests have access to the entire apartment, which includes three bedrooms, an equipped kitchen, and all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay.
