Traditional and bright apartment - Flat 1

Our house, Flat 1, is very cosy with lots of light! It has a small balcony, where you can enjoy your meal or coffee on the warm sunny days. The style is elegant and clean with functional and good quality furniture to provide the best comfort, so you can feel at home! It is located in Campolide, a neighborhood full of life and residents and quite close to the historical center. It has many traditional shops and restaurants, a modern shopping center and is well provided with buses and tram. The space Our site, Amoreiras Flats, is a small 3 floor building (no elevator), that has been totally rebuilt with it's original traits and similar materials, for a genuine restoration. The facade was rebuilt just like the old one, so it totally integrates in the street and neighborhood traditional feeling that we wanted to keep. Our houses are cosy and fully furnished with good quality equipment for a comfortable stay, either short or long, where you can feel right at home from the beginning. Flat 1 is located on the first floor. The house has a bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and living room (with dinning area and lounge area). Other things to note Additional information: * Unless requested the sofa-bed is only prepared for stays with 3 or 4 guests. * Bed linen and towels are included, according to the number of guests. They are provided on a weekly basis, for stays over a week (8+ night). * Cleaning during the stay is not included, but can be requested as an additional service. Registration Details 72660/AL
