The space The villa sleeps between 15-20 people and is perfect for a group of family and friends. For a comfortable and secure stay, please take the time to read the Home Truths, House Rules and Policies thoroughly. Villa 41 is special because of its: - Private pool and jacuzzi - Quintessential location in the midst of the vivid green hues - Movie theatre to catch up on your favorite rom-com and thrillers - Luxuriant interiors with modern comforts and amenities - Cosy jacuzzi for unwinding and relaxing - Proximity to Lonavala’s famous tourist attractions We care for your absolute comfort! To that effect, we provide: - Cupboards, fresh linen, and pillows - Extra mattresses on request. - Secured parking space for 2 cars. - Medical kit - Wi-Fi is accessible only in the living area. - Secured parking for _ cars. This is neither a wheelchair-friendly nor a pet-friendly property. The Space: BEDROOMS - There are 6 bedrooms in the villa - 2 on the ground floor, 3 on the first floor, and 1 in the basement. - All rooms offer AC. - 4 rooms are equipped with a TV. - King-sized beds are offered in 4 rooms, 1 room on the first floor has a queen-sized bed and the room in the basement has 2 single beds. - The bedroom in the basement and one of the bedrooms on the first floor (the kids’ room) are relatively small. BATHROOMS - There are 4 attached bathrooms and 1 common powder room on the ground floor and 1 common powder room in the basement. - All attached bathrooms have geysers, towels, and basic toiletries. COMMON AREAS - The living room is on the ground floor and provides comfortable seating arrangements for 20 people. - It is equipped with an AC. - The villa has a private swimming pool and a jacuzzi. - The pool is 18x18ft. in size and 4ft. in depth. - The jacuzzi (not temperature controllable) is accessible at no additional cost. - There is a gaming zone in the basement. - The gaming zone includes a poker table. - The basement also has a dance floor and a theatre room. KITCHEN - Guests do not have access to the kitchen to prepare their own meals. - The kitchen is equipped with a water purifier, crockery, and cutlery for 16 people. FOOD - All meals can be provided in-house at an additional cost. - Barbecue can be availed at an additional charge. - Please note that guests cannot bring their own cooks to prepare their own meals. - The costs for the aforementioned food and beverage offerings and events are subject to an 18% GST charge. - In the rare scenario that the meal packages are unavailable, ordering in will be permitted. - Guests may eat out or opt for the meal package. - The meal pricing will be higher for certain peak/festive dates. - Consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed. cooks to prepare their own meals. Guest access The guests have access to the entire villa except for the kitchen and the 2 bars. Apart from this, guests have access to the entire villa and all its indoor and outdoor spaces. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, guests may have restricted access to any shared amenities. Other things to note STAFF ACCOMMODATION There is no separate staff accommodation, however, they can be accommodated in the living/kitchen area of the villa. Staff charges will be the same as an extra person charge. ACTIVITIES Within the property, guests can enjoy a refreshing splash in the swimming pool or play indoor games. Guests can enjoy their favourite movies in the theatre room and dance away on the dance floor. They can also enjoy a relaxing soak in the jacuzzi. ADD-ON SERVICES - Guests may enjoy a relaxing soak in the jacuzzi. - Prices may vary subject to availability and peak season rates. - Visitors are allowed with prior permission at an additional cost HOME TRUTHS While we do promise you a welcoming home and a great stay, here are a few things we’d like to mention so as to ensure there are no unpleasant surprises later! - All male groups are not allowed. - Group bookings of guests aged between 18-25 are not allowed. - Consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed. - Loud music is not allowed post 10 PM. - In case of a power outage, the generator and inverter can support some appliances. - The room in the basement is small and one of the rooms on the first floor is comparatively smaller. - Guests do not have access to both bars in the villa. - WiFi, although offered, is subject to network availability at any given time. - Mobile networks such as Jio/Airtel/Vi work fairly well here.
