Harpstone Hut

We are located in the heart of our working dairy farm with views out to sea and over the fields. The hut has its own private garden and a small juvenile orchard planted In front. There is also a permissive footpath from the hut across the fields to kimmeridge beach. It is important to remember that you will be on a working farm so there are noises and occasional smells that come with this. Please contact me for further info. NB. Sadly I do not accept children. The space The Hut has a built in full size double bed. It’s own small kitchen area with an induction hob, so that you are able to cook simple meals. A pull out table and a small log burner for those chillier nights. It has its own en-suite bathroom with full working shower, sink and toilet. The Hut has also got its own private garden with the use of the bbq and table and chairs. With views over the fields and out to sea and the cows coming in and out from milking along the track below the garden, it really is a lovely spot. It is worth knowing that the hut is located on the farm, so there will be various noises at different times of day, please contact me for further info on this. There is also an additional hut (haylands ) nearby which is shown in the photos it’s very much separate and self contained and a great option if you are wanting to travel with friends or family yet still have your own space. NB. It is worth noting that the bed is quite high to accommodate the table. There is a step stool provided if you should need it. However, if mobility is more difficult for you please ensure you get in touch before booking to ensure this won’t be an issue. Guest access There is a large private parking spot directly in-front of the hut. Please shut the gate once parked to stop any cows coming and joining you in the garden! NB. It is worth noting that the bed is quite high to accommodate the table. There is a step stool provided if you should need it. However, if mobility is more difficult for you please ensure you get in touch before booking to ensure this won’t be an issue. Other things to note The Hut is located on a working farm, so there will be the normal farmyard noises present. Also, just be aware of farm vehicles and animals. It is also worth noting that the hut does not have its own wifi. Tea, coffee, sugar, milk and a couple of little extra will be provided to get you started. Unfortunately, I do not allow children or pets to stay due to the nature of a working farm.
