The space Southeast orientation, the house offers a truly incredible view of the beach, the harbor entrance and the sailing boats passing/ passing by. The "strand hus by Seeblick Ferien oro" is called the beach house, because it is really (!) on the beach - this is only a whole 10 m from the terrace directly on the property! And the house itself can also come up with superlatives - spacious 93 square meters of living space on 3 floors promise a natural holiday in the first line of water: the approx. 28 sqm living, dining and kitchen area, with a sofa bed and a guest toilet on the ground floor, the master bedroom with box spring bed and TV, another bedroom with two single beds and the bathroom, with a hot tub, on the 1st floor. The built-in sauna with a view over the beach and the Baltic Sea on the 2nd floor, as well as the fireplace in the studio and the other TV provide additional holiday flair, especially outside of seasons! Construction activities in the Baltic Sea resort of Olpenitz: We would like to inform you that the Baltic Sea resort of Olpenitz is currently in constant change with construction activities. Please be aware that this has already been taken into account in the price calculation and is not a defect. We do our best to make your stay as comfortable as possible. There is a sofa bed on the ground floor in the living area. On the first floor, there are the two bedrooms. One is furnished with double bed and wardrobe. The other one in turn is furnished with two single beds. On the ground floor, there is a guest toilet with sink. On the first floor you will find one bathroom equipped with a bathtub incl. Hot tub features, toilet, sink and floor sauna. In the attic is the Finnish sauna, with magnificent views of the water and a shower. A trip to Bad Arnis, Germany's smallest city or Eckernförde to Aalregatta or the pirate spectacle in August or Sieseby, the beautiful half-timbered village directly on the Schlei. Or, or, or. Such a location is hardly a second time in Germany on the entire Baltic Sea coast! If you love a quiet vacation close to nature, you should certainly be able to spend "your most beautiful time of the year" here, even though the environment and infrastructure in the Baltic Sea resort of Olpenitz are currently subject to a constant change with construction activity. This is already taken into account in the price calculation and is not a deficiency. Leisure facilities or the like are still in the development phase and therefore not yet fully available.
