The "strand hus by Seeblick Ferien oro" is called a beach house because it is really also directly (!) on the beach - this borders directly on the property only 10 m from the terrace! And the house itself can also boast superlatives - generous 93 sqm of living space on 3 floors promise a natural holiday in the first water line: the approx. 28 sqm living, dining and kitchen area, with a sofa bed and a guest toilet on the ground floor, the master bedroom with a box spring bed and TV, another bedroom with two single beds and the bathroom, with a whirlpool bathtub, on the 1st floor. The built-in sauna overlooking the beach and the Baltic Sea on the 2nd floor, as well as the fireplace in the studio and another TV provide additional holiday flair, especially outside of seasonal times! Construction activities in the Baltic Sea resort of Olpenitz: We would like to point out that the Baltic Sea resort of Olpenitz is currently in a constant state of change with construction activities. Please note that this has already been taken into account in the price calculation and does not constitute a defect. We will do our best to make your stay as pleasant as possible. On the ground floor there is a sofa bed in the living area. The two bedrooms are on the first floor. One is equipped with a double bed and wardrobe. The other is equipped with two single beds. On the ground floor, there is a guest toilet with sink. On the first floor you will find a bathroom equipped with a bathtub incl. hot tub functions, toilet, sink and floor sauna. In the attic there is the Finnish sauna, with magnificent views of the water and a shower. Directly on the Baltic Sea, in one of the most beautiful holiday regions in Germany, in the northeast of Schleswig-Holstein, directly between Schleimündung and the Baltic Sea, a new, unique holiday resort of the extra class is being built, which impresses with its diversity. The small dreamy village of Olpenitz very close by (3 km away) with its beautiful (thatched) houses offers restaurants and shopping as well as the famous fishing village of Kappeln an der Schlei with a small harbor operation about 7 km away. Kappeln was also known as "Deekelsen" from the popular television series "Der Landarzt". A trip to Bad Arnis, Germany's smallest town, or to Eckernförde for the eel regatta or the pirate spectacle in August, or to Sieseby, the beautiful timber-framed village directly on the Schlei. Or, or, or. There is hardly a second such location in Germany on the entire Baltic Sea coast! If you love a quiet holiday close to nature, you should certainly be able to spend "your most beautiful time of the year" here, even if the environment and infrastructure in the Baltic Sea resort of Olpenitz is currently still undergoing constant change with construction. This is already taken into account in the price calculation and does not constitute a defect.
