Fully furnished room available in Melrose in March $265per week .Must stay until december..The house is above Lyal Bay and Kilbernie so close to beaches , shops and the city , hospital and airport.It is a super quiet house.Two flatmates incl.Everyone buys and cooks their own food and the bills are divided up at the end of the month .No couples or children .Parking is on the street , free and easy to find . The bus is right outside . The space The room has a queen bed , drawers , lamp , large wardrobe , heater clothes basket, dehumidifier and linen and bedding if required. Guest access There are some steps down to the house and a path to the road but it isn't difficult if you are a healthy individual with no disabilities During your stay I will be overseas for the year so contact will be via internet though i do have a friend around if there is something urgent.The guest will be a flatmate in this house . Other things to note This house is set up like a flatting situation so when the guest comes in they have the completely furnished room but become one of the flatmates which includes sharing in the monthly expenses which includes Internet and internet.Also when cleaning products , toilet paper ec run out flatmates pu in $10 each to buy new supplies.They will buy and cook their own food and have a job in the house to keep it clean and tidy.
