Beautifully designed studio is located in a quite residential area one street back from the sea front in Dun Laoghaire. 5 min walk to the Dart station (20 min the center of Dublin) and 3 min walk from all the main shops and cinema. Aircoach to and from Dublin Airport. Ideal base for visiting Dublin and exploring the Irish countryside and seaside walks. The space A large bright double height room, laptop-ready workspace. Shower room and toilet. Good quality bed linen provided. deck area to the front facing into a beautifully landscaped garden and a private patio to the rear. WiFi fiber Parking is available on the road. We provide guest parking at €2/day. Please note if you are 2 guests using separate beds a fee of €20 applies payable on arrival. We have no TV. Guest access Guests have private access through a secure gate at the side of the main house. Keys will be provided. Self check in Other things to note Please leave the house in a tidy and clean condition. Please remove leftover to black bin, and empty bottles and tins to green bin.
