The location on the sunny side of the Fuchs Schwyberg, surrounded by magnificent scenery and impressive mountain ranges, known for its originality and the wildly romantic natural scenery such as the dark Schwarzsee. The lake invites you to swim in summer and ice skate in winter. Enjoy a fantastic view of the beautiful nature, the lake and the flank of the Kaiseregg, as well as beautiful sunrises right outside the door. (WINTER ON REQUEST) The space You are here in a very clean studio. The mattress is new (May 2020) and is cleaned and disinfected with an ultraviolet mite vacuum cleaner for every stay. I do my best to make you feel comfortable and relaxed. You have your own entrance. I also live in the house above the studio. Guest access The studio has a separate entrance. Seating and deck chairs are also provided. In my holiday studio, you have peace and nature right outside the front door, so your vacation is also relaxing and restful Other things to note A pellet stove provides a nice and cozy ambiance. It is lovingly decorated and very spacious. A small kitchen and bathroom with shower separate the rest of the studio. A kettle, various teas, coffee powder and a coffee maker are also available to you.
