The space The apartment is on the second floor (no elevator) and has an area of 40 square meters. It is located at Viale Carducci 28, the central avenue of Cesenatico. It includes 2 double beds in the large and bright bedroom and 2 beds in the comfortable double sofa bed in the living room. Bathroom, walk-in shower, hairdryer, radiator, mirror, and window. Living room with kitchenette. The kitchen is complete with everything you need: gas stove, combination microwave, refrigerator/freezer, Nespresso coffee machine, and of course a complete set of pots, pans, plates, and cutlery. The kitchen is an open space with a table and chairs so that 4 people can eat comfortably. The very cozy living area has a spectacular 50" Samsung Smart TV and free Wi-Fi. Three-seater sofa bed (bed 160x200 cm). A large terrace with a table, chairs, and 2 deck chairs for dining or relaxing. Parking (not private), both paid and free, near the accommodation. Tra Cielo e Mare is located in the heart of the city, a great starting point for visiting Cesenatico and the beautiful surrounding areas such as Rimini, Cervia, Milano Marittima, and Cesena. The accommodation is equipped with air conditioning, heating and a washing machine. Guest access Guests will have access to the interior of the accommodation, except for a staff-access locker (with cleaning supplies and linen replacements). Other things to note - Please note that the entire property is NON-SMOKING - NO SMOKING - Tourist tax to be paid on site of €1.50 per person for the first 7 nights. - Bedding and bath linens available upon request with a surcharge of €15 per person. - From June to September the minimum stay is 7 nights with check-in on Saturday at 3 p.m. and check-out on Saturday at 10 a.m. - Guests must leave the accommodation in a decent and damage-free manner. - Only small pets allowed.
