Warrington is a small coastal settlement, we have a woundeful beach for surfing, kitesurfing, snorkeling, and gathering seafood Warrington also has a great wildlife, you can often view seals on the beach and the Hector dolphins playing in the waves. In addition to this we have the blueskin Bay laggon for swimming / flat water paddle SUP (5) minutes up the road we have cafes a art galary, and a beautifull garden centre with cafe. Local brewery Warrington is 15 min from dunedin city itself. The space Our studio is completely private off to the side of the house, and sepperate from the main house for your use, water inthusiasts will injoy surfing, kite surfing, snorkeling and cockel collecting as well as paddle boarding in the surf or flat water lagoon. Or just a nice beach walk Seals and dolphins often seen Blueskin Bay directly to the side of us is great for paddle boarding etc The studio itself is very quiet and you will have complete privacy, a microwave for meals Local convienance store, and cafes within 5 min drive of your studio. Dunedin city 15min away Other things to note Complete privacy for your injoyment No shoes inside No smoking in studio No extra guests No parties No pets Your own private entrance Please note, there is a local convienance store, two cafes and local brewery. These are within 5 min drive of the studio, however trading hours for the cafes are a standard working day, if you require restaurant style eating dunedin city is 15 min up the road.
