An open 850 sq ft. studio w/ a queen bed, living space with a modern smart TV & gas fireplace, bar/kitchenette, private entrance & bathroom. The space is intended for solo travelers only. I live in the Richmond neighborhood & am located 1 block from 37th & Division Street, which is surrounded by great restaurants & shops. My home is a 1910 Bungalow & I’ve owned it for 30 years. If you may be looking for a longer term August stay, please see "other details to note" in my description. The space I live on the main floor of the home, there is a door that separates the two levels. I have a small dog, he will not be allowed in your space. I will not greet you but we may meet coming & going from the house. Guest access My remodeled lower level which consists of a living area with a queen bed, a flat screen TV & large couch, bar/eating counter, basic kitchen supplies, small refrigerator, microwave, bar sink. There is also a private bathroom with a walk-in shower & a shared patio in the back yard. Guests have their own private entrance. Other things to note I am looking for a guest who are looking for a place to live in here for at least 2 weeks between August 24 - September 9th, 2026. You will be booked in Bar 3728 however I plan to leave the door between your unit & the main house open so you can use the kitchen and dining room (as a work desk or dining table).
