This is your home away from home! We'll provide mineral water and coffee. A full kitchen is available with a large dining table to enjoy a meal with your family/friends. There’s a small charge of 300 if you want to cook. The family room is spacious with an open floor concept. Outside the home, you'll find a large yard. There is enough room to park several vehicles and for your kids to roam around. A modern-styled kubo is also available for use. Come on over! This home awaits you! The space The open space living/common room area includes a sofa. To accommodate a larger group, the floor mattresses will be placed here for sleeping. The bedroom is the only room with an AC. If your party is 5 or more, it might be a tight fit. But if your party is alright with that, it's alright with us as well. There is an additional charge of $8 (₱400) for each additional guest (outside the 5). If you opt to pay at the time of check-in, it'll be ₱400 pesos per person. For special events/parties, please contact me directly to discuss your needs. Guest access As you enter the main gate, the house for rent will be off to the right side. You will have private access to that. There are a total of two kubo inside the compound. You will have access to the open-styled kubo that is off to the right corner of the property. The larger kubo with a door will not be available for use unless you rent this out as well. This larger kubo can accommodate 2-3 individuals and includes a full restroom. Enjoy the hidden gems of Noveleta. Our sunset is one of the best in town. The newly renovated Puerto Galera de Noveleta (Long Beach) and nearby beaches and are only 3 km away. PureGold grocery store is only one tricycle ride away, 1 km from our place. Our town proper is also 1 km away. This houses our Municipal office, Police Station, and Public Wet Market. Cavite Medical Center is 4 km away. Robinsons Place is 6 km away. Noveleta is only 3 km from Cavitex exit and also 3-4 km to Sangley Point in Cavite City, the next international airport. The historic Aguinaldo Shrine & Freedom Park is 3 km away. If you are looking to go further, Tagaytay is 45 km away. Other things to note The ceiling in the common rooms are currently open. The "kisame" hasn't been installed yet.
