The space is cozy and clean with natural light, private balcony and easy parking in private driveaway, as well as being in an upscale, safe neighborhood. Not recommended for children or pets. It's perfect for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. All guests must be registered. The space Only 5 minutes from John Wayne Airport and just 15 minutes from Disneyland, Anaheim Convention Center and beaches! The location is unique in that it is strategically located within the business and cultural hub of Orange County and nearby freeways allow convenient and direct access to Los Angeles, San Diego and the Inland Empire. The condo is situated in the middle of the South Coast (SoCo) Metro Area, which encompasses the Segerstrom Center for the Arts and South Coast Repertory theater company, South Coast Plaza, Orange County Museum of Art, John Wayne Airport and also includes additional entertainment venues and many upscale restaurants and a fabulous nightlife. Many art, cultural and music events in the area throughout the year. Location, location, location! Guest access Community access is via a keypad system. Once on the property, you will be provided with a key FOB for community access for the duration of your stay. With the key FOB, you will also have access to the pool area. The pool area has cabanas, lounge chairs, BBQ's and a Jacuzzi. You may park on the driveway only. If you have additional cars or guests, you may park at the pool parking area. If there is no available parking at the pool and you have additional parking needs, please contact host regarding Safelisting your vehicle(s) to avoid parking violation/ticket. Internet may not be up to some peoples standards, although we have never had any issues with watching movies on Netflix, Zoom Meeting, etc. Other things to note Please be mindful of electricity usage. Turn off lights and fans when not in use. When using the AC or heater, please keep windows and doors closed. Please read directions on the wall regarding HVAC unit operation. Please be familiar with house rules prior to booking and during your stay.
