The property is over 700 m2 with spacious indoor and outdoor living areas. There are 2 Luxury SeaView Villas are connected on the same property through stairs in the garden. We have designed BelAir 2 in a unique luxurious style taking advantage of the breathtaking sea views. The living and dining area have been designed to fully capture the ocean breezes and take in the infinity pools so it feels like pools and ocean are all part of the living space. The villa is furnished with tropical designer furniture and decorated with Chic Thai and French ornaments and artwork. This gives our properties their own soul reflecting local interior design and a break from everyday life. There are 2 fully equipped modern European kitchens , 2 large living and dining rooms, all with Awesome Seaviews. The spacious king sized bedrooms have floor-to-ceiling windows to take advantage of the panoramic views. 9 king sized bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms and SeaViews. There is also 1 extra bedroom with a queen sized bed and a Garden view. Please note that the queen sized bedroom must share a bathroom. Villa BelAir2 offers 2 large infinity pools with beautiful views over Chaweng Bay. 2 Sala Thai Lounges that are perfect to relax outside protected from the sun. There are also 2 Large Seaview Terraces. No one is front of you but the sea... At BelAir 2 we cater for all kinds of special occasions, including weddings, engagement parties, anniversaries, or Birthdays. Guest access There is easy access to Villa BelAir2 and private parking. Overlooking Chaweng Beach. Only a quick drive from Beautiful Beaches, shopping, restaurants and nightlife. For example,Fisherman's Village Markets, Central Shopping Center, and Chaweng Beach. For golfers, the Royal Samui Golf Club is less than a 5 minute drive. The airport is a 15 minute drive. Other things to note Please note that the villas are next to each other...one a bit above the other . They connect with stairs through the garden . This may not be suitable for elderly guests . There is private parking at the villas. Complimentary advantages: If you come with babies we can add baby beds and high chairs for them. Optional booking during your stay: Our staff will be here for your comfort until 5pm. It is possible to extend their hours at a supplementary fee. We can organise villa pre-stocking of groceries. A Taxi shuttle to the beaches as well as a car or motorbike rental delivered to the villa is available at an extra charge. Motorbikes should be rent by experienced drivers only.
