On a hill with a Mediterranean scrub behind it and a view of a wide valley is the "Palazzina" farm in a dominant and quiet position. We will welcome you in this fairytale atmosphere of Tuscany. The "Sughera" apartment was built according to typical Tuscan standards (ceilings covered with beams, joists and half-beams) and external exposed corners. By car you can reach the sea in 20 minutes, the lake and the town of Massa Marittima in 10 minutes. The space The "Sughera" apartment is one of the five apartments on the farm (on Airbnb you will also find the "Papavero", "Girasole", "Olivo" and "Cipresso" apartments). It is located on the ground floor and is about 50 square meters. In front of its entrance there is a terrace, which has as its rear boundary a typical exposed wall. A garden table, chairs and deckchairs are available for guests. Upon entering, a cozy and familiar living room awaits you, in which there is an equipped kitchen (stove with four burners, refrigerator with freezer, oven, American coffee machine and mocha) with all the basic dishes for preparing your meals. There is a flat-screen TV. This room has an exposed wall with refined joints that will make your stay memorable. A corridor leads to the bathroom with a window, complete with a shower with a large cabin, toilet and bidet, and to the bright bedroom. There are four beds in this apartment (five upon explicit request, with children of non-adult age). Two are in the bedroom, two more on a comfortable sofa bed that is in the living room (the sofa bed is new and does not match the one in the photographs). The apartment is equipped with openable mosquito nets, shutters, and a washing machine. Sheets and towels are provided. Guest access The entire hill on which the "Palazzina" farm is located is our property. You can take advantage of your exclusive terrace in front of your apartment and large spaces immersed in the typical nature of Tuscany with a view of a beautiful valley...
