The space Your guest suite is 40m2. There is a bedroom, bathroom, a separate toilet, lounge with coffee and tea making facilities, fridge with freezer, plates and cutlery (but no stove, oven or microwave so cooking is not possible). Bedding, toiletries and towels are provided. Easily accessible by public transport. Also you will be one of the very few very priviliged people in Amsterdam to have a private garden to chill after a busy day in the city all to yourself! What's not to love... Guest access I live in a 4 story house and created a private guest suite on the ground floor of my house. I live on the upper 3 floors of the house. The whole ground floor guest suite with your own private entrance is completely private, you will not share it with me or anyone else. Other things to note If you show up with pets or with more then 2 guests (children also count as guests) I will unfortunately have to refuse you entry to the property and you will be cancelled without refund. This place is usually fully booked so dropping bags before check in or after check out is not possible, because new guests will be using the apartment. There are no bagage storage facilities around the apartment. If you want to use the apartment before check in or after check out you will have to book that extra night.
