The house sits on 4 acres of pristine land. Guests can enjoy lush greenery from every window. Enjoy deer, rabbits and a quiet neighborhood as you take walks or drive up. I am also open to renting more rooms if they are not occupied by family. The space One bedroom has a king sized bed and a bath attached. This bedroom is large and has a good size closet with chest of drawers too. The room has a mini refrigerator. If needed. A second bedroom is available and has a trundle twin bed with a bathroom across the hallway. The second bedroom is smaller and is more suitable for the young at heart. The house has four bedrooms, but I am currently willing to rent only two. On the rare occasion, I am open to negotiating the whole house too if it is for a very short stay and if I do not have house guests. In other words, the guaranteed room for booking is the one with the king sized bed and attached bathroom. All other rooms depends on my convenience. Guest access The common areas will be T.V; sun room and the kitchen is available for guests to use cups, glasses, flatware, daily plates, pots and pans, stove, oven and microwave etc. The new sunroom is a great room to sit and read and have a Tete a Tete. The basement has a large washing machine that can be operated if I am there. Please bring your own detergent if you stay for more than a weekend. During your stay I will be in and out of the house and will do my best to make your stay comfortable. If I am not available there will be a person to meet and situate you. Other things to note The main Airbnb room has a kingsized bed and an attached bathroom. The large bedroom with the kingsized bed will be priced at $70 per night; the second bedroom if requested as an addition, and if it is available will be rented at $40 per night. I infrequently rent the entire house, but if rented, it can sleep up to 6 people and has two baths. I will charge 300 per night for 6 people. There is a semi-finished basement that can be used to relax too.
