Double Room in shared living CBD hostel

Attic Backpackers is a 100 bed award winning shared living hostel offering safe, clean, friendly and affordable accommodation in the heart of Auckland city. Our double room has 1 double bed. Bed linen is provided. The room is spacious with natural light and opening windows. Our top floor hostel features coded entry, several chill-out areas, an outdoor terrace, large separate male and female bathrooms and a well-equipped communal kitchen & dining area. The space Attic Backpackers has been welcoming international backpackers and small groups since 2013. Guests love its great location and the focus on providing safe, clean and friendly (social but not party) budget accommodation in the heart of Auckland city. Attic offers a choice of private rooms and dormitories which can be booked on an individual bed basis OR sole use basis for small groups. Situated on the top floor of the historic T&G building, Attic offers fantastic shared living features including a large outdoor covered deck, several chill-out spaces, a well-equipped communal kitchen and dining area and large male and female bathrooms. Our onsite team provide daily cleaning and housekeeping throughout the hostel, the hostel has free fast Wifi, and there are plenty of communal spaces and chill-out spots to relax in when not exploring Auckland city which is right on your door step. Guest access Our Top-floor location is accessible by an elevator (or stairs) and all rooms, reception and amenities are located on one floor. Other things to note Standard Reservation T&C's All guests are required to show either a PASSPORT or DRIVERS LICENSE with photo and a valid credit or debit card is also required at checkin to cover any incidental costs. Any guests unable to show these documents, will not be checked in. Bookings can be cancelled or modified free of charge up to 5 days in advance of check-in date. Any cancellations will need to be cancelled direct with Air BnB and all bookings will be honored until such cancellation notice is received from AirBnB. Failure to arrive on chosen check-in date will result in reservation cancellation. Please notify us of any delays as soon as possible. Allocation of beds: It may not be possible to allocate every individual from any reservation (more than two persons) into the same dormitory due to existing or overlapping reservations. This does not apply to Guests that have reserved Private dormitories, and all members of the reservation will be allocated into the same room(s). Bunks are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. The Attic do not allocate bunks and therefore are unable to offer preferred upper or lower bunks. For the best choice of bunk, we advise arriving for your check in at 2.30 pm. If any Guest is unable to ascend or descend a ladder we strongly advise cancelling your reservation as soon as possible for free cancellation. The Attic reserve the right to upgrade or downgrade reservations where necessary, this will only be done under absolute necessary circumstances. Child Policy: The Attic operates a child-friendly policy of 10+ Guests aged 10-18 must be accompanied by, and supervised by their legal guardian or a responsible adult at all times. Guests aged between 10-18 cannot reside in a shared dormitory, unless wholly reserved for their booking party; therefore Guests aged under 18 must reserve either whole dorm or private rooms (Double, Twin) and reside in that room with their accompanying adult(s). General: Attic Backpackers is located in the heart of the city and there may be construction or traffic noise at various times of the day. Attic is a social but not a party hostel and we ask for quiet time after 11 PM in the hostel so all guests can enjoy a good nights sleep.
