Both Globe and Smart cell sites are located nearby :) Last May 2018, 3-storey Baletin Hometel opens its doors to the entire world. Let them spoil you with their impeccable service with a dash of that world-class Ivatan hospitality. Expect rooms to be sparkling clean and spacious. The space ~ Room 6 fits the needs of a group of 3. This air-conditioned room consists of (1) double-sized bed and (1) single bed wrapped in fresh white linens. If you prefer the privacy of your own bathroom, then look no further because Room 6 has one. You can place your belongings in a small cabinet that also serves as a nightstand. ~ A good-sized private bathroom is available for your needs. Basic toiletries and towels are provided. However, the shower heater is yet to be installed. Guest access ~ Prepare small meals or reheat food over at the kitchen. Choose among any of the dining areas to enjoy your meals. If the weather conditions are perfect, why not have your meals over at the rooftop? Baletin Hometel boasts of this majestic view of Basco not seen in other accommodations. ~ If you don't feel like eating out, you may order straight from their restaurant. The picture of the menu has been uploaded, but dishes may vary due to the availability of ingredients. ~ Settle comfortably by watching the telly in one of the common lounges. Other things to note These are the travel requirements tourists need to prepare for when traveling to Batanes: 1. Vaccination card or digital copy of VaxCertPH-issued 2. Vaccination Certificate 3. Approved S-Pass 4. Certificate of Acceptance; to be issued by the PTO upon submission of requirements 5. DOT accredited accommodation 6. DOT accredited tour operator The following limitations shall be observed as Batanes gradually reopens from May 15 to June 30, 2022: 1. Only fully vaccinated tourists will be allowed entry 2. Tourists aged 5 and below are not eligible to enter the province, including those who aren’t fully vaccinated 3. A maximum of 50 tourists per week shall be allowed during the trial period 4. DIY tourists are not allowed. Tourists must book from a DOT-accredited operator, PGB tour guide, and stay at a DOT-accredited accommodation. 5. Guests of national agencies or private APORs whose itineraries include tours or leisure activities after their official business must also book a tour package from a local tour operator. A Certificate of Acceptance shall be issued by the office of the Governor). PLEASE READ!!! ~ Airport transfers will be shouldered by your tour operator ~ COMPLIMENTARY breakfast based on the number of nights. For example, 3 nights booked with us, you'll have 3 complimentary breakfast. ~ Room is subject to availability ~ Please respect the check in and check out times of the homestay. The bedroom and restroom need to be cleaned for incoming guests as well. ~ Please inquire ahead of reservation dates (at least 2 weeks before) so we can schedule a tour for you. INTERNET!!! ~ Cellphone signal can be pretty erratic due to weather conditions but you should get strong signals since you are near both Globe and Smart cell sites. ~ Smart's LTE is up and working! Globe users might not be as lucky :(
