Locanda del capo

A perfect place to stay if you want to get out of the big city troubles. The house has it’s origin in the 12-13th century. It belonged to the family of the “Capo” of the village. The house is renovated respecting the house’s spirit. The village Ruota is hidden in the hills of Monte Pisano between Pisa and Lucca with just one curling way up through olive orchards. You can find several walking tracks through pine and chestnut woods. The hostess speaks English, Italian and dutch in mother lang.. The space If I may use some of the reactions of my guests, “Looks like Harry Potter in Italy”, “like walking into a fairytale”, “unique!” “Incredible” Guest access There is a balcony where you can sit outside. During your stay I enjoy having a coffee with my guests while they having breakfast. For the rest of the stay I respect my guests privacy. Seen that there are no restaurants or shops in the village, I’m always willing to prepare dinner for a small recompense. Other things to note Al parking lots are free of charge. There is a parking lot at the beginning, in the middle and at the end of the village.
