Condo in Providence

Fantastic 1 Bedroom Apartment right smack in the middle of downtown Providence. The neighborhood is jammed with wonderful little restaurants, bars and shopping. The Dunkin Donuts Center, Trinity Playhouse, PPAC, The Vets, Federal Hill, Providence Place Mall, Johnson & Wales, Brown & RISD are all a short walk from here. We are located two floors above a couple nightclubs. We don't hear the clubs themselves but on the weekends you can hear the people outside. The space As told to me by numerous guests, my apartment is exactly as it looks in the pictures. It has a queen bed and a pullout couch for sleeping. The bedroom is separated from the living room by French doors. The kitchen and bathroom are well supplied. It is a little over 720sq ft, and perfect for 2 people. If you have 4 people, it will be on the smaller side but if you are planning to be out in the city....it's perfect. Since the apartment building is older and a work in progress, our entrance, hallways and elevator definitely need updating and some work. Don't worry when you first arrive, you will be pleasantly surprised once you walk into the apartment. It's is well taken care of, very clean, stylish and comfortable. Guest access For your convenience, we have a self-check-in process so you can arrive whenever works best for you after the 3pm Check In time. If you require an early check-in or late check-out, please let me know at least [24/48] hours in advance. I need this heads-up to coordinate with my work schedule and cleaning. Other things to note At one time we had access to a parking space and gave access to our guests. We no longer have that space. However, there are convenient options right nearby: - Biltmore Parking Garage: Directly next door. Rate is $45 per 24 hours. - 122 Mathewson St Lot: Almost directly across the street. Rate is $35 per 24 hours. - Providence Place Mall: A 1/4 mile walk away with the best rate at $25 per 24 hours.
