Le Coulet

Le Coulet is a charming vacation rental apartment in a recently refurbished 15th-century building that overlooks the original medieval center of the Provence village of Annot. Located on the fourth floor, it has great views of the mountains and two pedestrian squares, one with a small outdoor theater, and the other with a picturesque fountain. The bedroom faces south with a lovely panoramic view over the village to the mountains. The living area faces west with a view on the beautiful fountain. The space The apartment has a bedroom with a queen bed, a living area with a double sofa bed and a folding single bed. The bathroom was completely redone in 2023, with a walk-in shower. The kitchenette is fully equipped with a small stove, microwave oven, coffee maker, washing machine, fridge and a small kitchen aid. You'll also enjoy a flat -screen TV and a DVD player. Cable channels. Free wifi. Guest access You'll have access to the living area/kitchen, bedroom, bathroom, and closet (next to the bathroom) where iron, ironing board, and cleaning products are located. The door next to the entrance in the hallway should be locked and is not part of the rental space. Other things to note The Coulet being in a pedestrian neighborhood, there is no garbage and recycling collection near the building. We ask that you take your trash and recycling to the nearest bins, behind the city hall. If you come by car, you'll be able to park on the main square (la place du Germe) with no problem. Please be advised that the village hosts a farmers' market every Tuesday morning. All cars need to be moved on Monday night for that purpose. You'll find another big parking behind the church.
