One of the oldest farmhouses on the hills surrounding Lucca. The successful preservation of this hill side allows our guests to relish breathtaking views, magical walks and bike rides. The house offers all the amenities necessary for your vacation. The space The house is set up for 6 guests. This is intentionally done in a very large living space, with several different rooms for independent activities. The wine-cellar is now a stunning family room where the wine barrels have left space to a extra-large, beautiful custom-made couch. Besides the large casual family room, there is also a more formal hall for reading and relaxing. The three bedrooms have very comfortable beds and they are all authentically furnished. The kitchen has been lovely restored maintaining hand made tile work all around, and the antique rustic working fire-place. At the same time, modern amenities such as the double oven, dishwasher, microwave and many other tools help make your culinary inspirations come true. The two bathrooms are also beautiful and at the same time functional with one tub and one shower. The laundry room has a washing machine for your laundry needs. Outside, the terrace offers three main areas for hanging out: The closest area to the house has a shaded pergola with a large teak table and chairs, this space is particularly inviting for enjoying meals while relishing the panorama. The second area offers the barbecue and another sitting area among olive and cherry trees. Last, is the beautiful and private swimming pool area, breathtaking for its views on the valley among olive trees and roses. The pool area offers lounge chairs for relaxing and a shaded sitting space if you want to enjoy your meals here. The submerged pool lights allow you to enjoy it at night, too. From here, you can continue explore the olive growth for hours, and perhaps enjoy the herbs, flowers and fruits in season. Guest access Our guests have the entire property all for them selves. They are free to explore and have full access to any crop they find on the property.
