My place is close to the city, ideal for festival performers, film crew and actors, and just around the corner is the Capri cinema. My priority is for those industry professionals, please no students or fifos. Its just some space where you can watch tv and sleep in the evening, as it is my work environment. The space This is a space I am using as a screen production studio. All writing, rehearsing and improvisations are conducted here. Therefore it is suitable environment for all artists, film, performance and visual. Rates are high as I may require the space. There may be a reduction.
