Entire home in Kill Devil Hills, North Carolina 8 guests~4 bedrooms~5 beds~4 bathrooms. The space UNLIMITED OCEAN VIEWS-Beautifully designed 4-bedroom, 4-bathroom house 30 second walk to the beach. Feel the ocean breeze and watch the sunrise from the front of house and sunset from the back. 4th of July week, enjoy watching fireworks from surrounding Kitty Hawk, Kill Devil Hills, Nags Head and Roanoke Islands WITHOUT LEAVING THE HOUSE!! Main level includes open living/dining/kitchen concept with sound system for the 55" Samsung SMART TV including FREE WiFi to stream your favorite programs. The kitchen has everything (including spice rack) you could imagine to create a gourmet meal. The dining table seats 8 comfortably along with the Kitchen bar that seats 3 and a high-top table that seats 4. Each bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom with (ONE SET PER GUEST) bath and hand towels provided. If you need more sets of towels there is a $25 additional fee. The beds are SUPER comfortable with fresh quality cotton linens and pillows. They also include, Samsung SMART TV, dresser, closet/hangers, chair, ceiling fan, black out curtains/shades, and PRIVATE access to one of the many decks/porches. In the second living/media room there is plenty of space to hang out on a rainy day to watch DVD's (extensive collection available) or relax your tired muscles in the 2-person Infra-Red sauna. We provide a FULL-SIZE washer and dryer in the half bath located on the main living level. Enjoy UNLIMITED hot water compliments of the tankless water heater. Going to the beach is a breeze using our Wheel-eez beach cart to carry ALL your beach necessities over the dune to access the beach. Be sure to fill your coolers with the ICE MACHINE located under the house. YES, WE PROVIDE 2-FREE ICE MACHINES!! There are beach toys, boards and some chairs. Please bring your favorite beach chair and umbrella to ensure your comfort. We cannot vouch for what remains from week to week but haven't had any problems in years past. YOU MUST PROVIDE YOUR OWN BEACH TOWELS! (you will incur a $25 fee if BATH towels are used at the beach OR missing) There are two stationary Park charcoal grills with a charcoal chimney and grilling utensils provided. You must provide your own charcoal and lighter fluid (if not using the charcoal chimney) if there is none under the house from previous guests. Yes, the grills rust from the salt air. If that bothers you, please use aluminum foil if it doesn't burn off. To get your vacation started so you don't have to leave the house after check-in we provide: 1 roll toilet paper in EVERY bathroom (6), 1 roll of paper towel for the kitchen, 2 large trash bags, a few dish tabs for dishwasher, liquid dish soap, liquid hand soap and trashcan liners in every bedroom/bathroom. This is a SINGLE-FAMILY home therefore parties/events are prohibited. We know you have MANY properties to choose from, and we THANK YOU for your interest and hopefully reservation at our slice of Heaven in the OBX. Guest access Peak Season is VERY busy on Beach Road, there is NO on street parking, You will be towed at your own expense. We do have driveway parking (5 vehicles) for our guests ONLY. Other things to note We will, at our discretion, cancel reservations made by guests that are under the age of 22 OR any additional guests NOT on the reservation. NO PETS, PLEASE don't inquire about bringing pets. We will NOT make ANY exceptions on this policy. We do NOT provide: Cribs/Pack N Play, Highchairs, Outlet plugs, Baby gates or Bumper pads for INFANTS, TODDLERS, or SMALL CHILDREN.
