This is a welcoming and sunny self-catering garden suite, with separate entrance. It's privately situated in a tree filled garden, teaming with birds. The peaceful outside seating areas, together with good WiFi, soft towels, comfy beds and clean fresh bedding makes it your home away from home. Secure off street parking behind automated gate. Within walking distance to Spar, Howard Centre, banks and restaurants. Minutes away from 2 hospitals, freeways, Old Mutual, Cape Town city and airport. The space This space is ideal for someone who wants to be based in the southern suburbs of Cape Town and away from the CBD, but close enough to schools, Old Mutual and the University of Cape Town.
The flat is cozy and quiet, with a decidedly warm, garden feel. This spacious unit has it's own bathroom, including toilet, shower and hand basin. The suite also includes a kitchenette with mini stove, cooking utensils, fridge, microwave and washing up facilities. The sliding door for those hot days opens out onto a pretty garden with access to lovely shady seating area. We are following a strict cleaning/sanitizing protocol due to the virus, 24 hours between guests to give the suite time to air thoroughly before new guests arrive. If you have any queries in this regard, please don't hesitate to ask! Guest access Guests are welcome to enjoy the lovely garden, with use of the portable braai. We are in walking distance to Howard Centre, where there are supermarkets, chemist, restaurants, banks etc. Other things to note This self contained unit has some extras provided to make your stay easier such as: - butter - tea, coffee, sugar - cooking salt, pepper, oil, and vinegar - some condiments, sauces, - Checkers or Pick n Pay is able to deliver groceries to your front door also for extra convenience. We offer a wash and fold laundry service at an additional cost of R120 per 8kg or part thereof. We don’t offer an ironing service, but there is an iron and ironing board in the unit. No smoking is allowed in the flat
