Beautiful Perigord longére, close to Lascaux IV

Nestled in the heart of the Périgord Noir, you will be minutes from the famous gardens of the Eyrignac Manor. You will be close to many tourist sites: Sarlat, the Lascaux caves, the Dordogne valley with the Château de Beynac, La Roque Gageac, the Château de Castelnaud, Domme, or the Marqueyssac gardens... Out of sight, you can enjoy the heated pool, in the heart of a 1-hectare landscaped park. The space This family home is a haven of peace. Ideal for families, or groups of friends... On the ground floor, you will find a large, friendly kitchen, fully equipped: dishwasher, fridge, induction cooktop, microwave, oven, coffee maker and Nespresso. A living room with TV. A separate shower room and a separate toilet. A large bedroom with 160 cm bed and integrated bathroom and opposite this another bedroom with 160 cm bed as well as its bathroom with toilet. Upstairs 2 bedrooms in the attic, in a row, each with 2 beds of 90 cm, ideal for 4 children. (Only for one of them possibility to make a large 180 cm bed, on request) There is also a laundry room independent of the house with washing machine, dryer, sink and a fridge freezer. We have all the essentials for babies: 2 baby cribs with real mattresses, changing mat, high chair, floor mat. The 12*4 pool is managed automatically, the submerged robot stays connected to offer you a clean pool at all times. It's a salt pool, with a flat bottom so that the whole family can both swim and play all over the pool. There is a large 1-meter-wide step for sunbathing. A submerged electric roller shutter is there for people's safety. Finally you will find an outdoor shower. The pool is in service from May 1st to September 30th, and is heated at the necessary times (note that the water temperature also depends on the outdoor weather conditions). You will find all beds made on arrival, as well as towels (no extra charge will be made). Beach foutas will also be available for your poolside swims. Outside, the house is equipped with garden furniture, deckchairs, Weber gas barbecue grill. We leave at your disposal a ping pong table, petanque balls, mölkky, various indoor and outdoor games as well as 3 bicycles. Guest access You will have access to the entire house, 1 hectare park and swimming pool (12*4) with submerged curtain for child safety. The entire property is rented for exclusive use. Other things to note There are 2 tennis courts located within the village, as well as a skate park, basketball court. Check-in and checkout are on Saturdays. Rental is by the week or fortnight.
