You will have access to shared spaces such as a fully equipped kitchen and two living rooms. There is a private bathroom inside your room. The space Situated in the vibrant Crown Heights neighborhood of Brooklyn, this charming limestone townhouse is conveniently located on the same street as the Brooklyn Children's Museum, just two blocks away. Offering both comfort and accessibility, this residence is a mere 10 to 15-minute stroll from the nearest train station, providing easy connections to various destinations. From the station, enjoy a quick 15-30 minute train ride to iconic landmarks such as the World Trade Center and Times Square. Additionally, attractions like Barclays Center, Prospect Park, and the Brooklyn Botanic Garden are a short 10-minute car ride away, while the Brooklyn Bridge can be reached in just 20 minutes by car. For seamless travel, nearby subway access includes the A, C, 2, 3, 4, 5, and S shuttle trains. Each room in the townhouse boasts a private bathroom and an individual A/C unit for your comfort. Guests can also make use of the shared spaces, which include two welcoming living rooms on the first floor equipped with Wi-Fi and cable TV, as well as a guest kitchen conveniently located on the 3rd floor. Please note you will have to walk up 2 flights of stairs since this room is on the 3rd floor. Other things to note House Rules at KLO Guest House: 1-Quiet Hours: Please observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM to ensure a peaceful environment for all guests. 2-No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors. Designated smoking areas are available outside the building. 3- Visitors: For security reasons, guests are not allowed to bring overnight visitors into their rooms. Please meet guests in common areas. 4-Cleanliness: Keep common areas and your room tidy. Dispose of trash in designated bins and respect shared spaces. 5-Towels: PLEASE NOTE. Due to increased laundering costs, we can unfortunately no longer provide towels at no cost. Please bring your own, or contact us after booking to add on towels ($7.50/towel). Thank you for your understanding. 6-Linens: We reserve the right to charge a $50 fee for linens that are stained and unable to be cleaned after check out. 7-Kitchen Use: Clean up after yourself in the kitchen and label personal food items. Be considerate of others' belongings. 8-Respect Others: Treat fellow guests and staff with respect and courtesy. Harassment or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated. 9-Security: Ensure doors are locked when entering or leaving. Do not share keys with unauthorized individuals. 10-Property Care: Report any damages promptly. Guests are responsible for any intentional or negligent damage to property. Be careful not to stain linens as if we cannot remove stains, we will request the appropriate amount to replace them. 11-Check-out: Please check out by the specified time.
