This home is within 2 miles of the outlet mall. Only 15 miles to New Braunfels. Texas State and the San Marcos River is also within 2 miles. Downtown area with Cafe on the Square and Grins are college populareateries. Gruene, Tx with the Guadalupe River for fun and tube floating is also 5 miles away. It is our personal home and I closed off the 3rd bdrm. Popular Gruene, TX is only 5 miles out and COTA 40 miles. The space Everyone loves staying here. There's plenty of parking. It's so comfortable and has all amenities. Kitchen has all that is needed for preparing meals if it's a long stay. Please message us if you and your guests are getting in late and need some important things in the house. We can help. Also, previous guests keep endorsing the family of deer that comes through and feed across the street. It's wonderful and nice to sit on the porch and watch them. Guest access All guests will have all kitchen access and 83 inch TV in the living room. All rooms have Roku and Netfix. if there's other items in Smart TaV needed text us and we can help. Other things to note The garage is available for one car if guest is long term.
