Brand New Minimalist Scandinavian Studio

Welcome to the brand new Scandia, our budget-friendly Scandinavia-inspired space. You will have a bed for two, kitchenette, dining counter/work station, TV w/ Netflix, and mini fridge, among others. We are located in the heart of Metro Manila, at Cubao, Quezon City. The space Hey there! Welcome to Amaia Skies, our very budget-friendly, Scandinavia-inspired space right in the center of the bustling metropolis. It’s an 18-sqm ensuite studio room perfect for solo travelers or up to two people. The unit is simply designed but is full-furnished to have everything you might need for a comfortable stay. It has one queen bed with beddings that can comfortably fit up to two guests, a sofa, air conditioning, a dining counter that can serve as a workplace, mini refrigerator, microwave, shower, electric kettle, induction cooker, TV with Netflix, ABS-CBN TV Plus, and wifi internet. There is also a private toilet with shower complete with toiletries and other essentials to make your stay even more comfortable. Check-in is at 1PM and check-out is at 11AM. The studio is located in Cubao, Quezon City, the literal center of the bustling metropolis. This place is less than 5 minutes away from Araneta City, where several malls and movie houses are located. This is next door to an SM Hypermarket, and less than 500 meters away from SM Supermarket, SM Cubao, Ali Mall, Shopwise, Spark Place, and Cyberpark. It is 1 kilometer away from Araneta Center, Gateway Mall, Farmer’s Market, Farmer’s Plaza, MRT Cubao Station, and Cubao Expo. It has a direct exit to EDSA as well. A convenience store and a laundry shop are located at the ground floor, and several sari-sari stores (local convenience stores) are lined up along the street outside the condominium. It is located near the following universities: University of the Philippines – 23 mins away Ateneo de Manila University – 17 mins away On the first day, guests will be provided with the following: • 2 clean bath towels • Garbage bags • Bath soap • Toilet paper • Shampoo Appliances and Amenities: • Television with Netflix, ABC-CBN TV Plus, stand-alone signal • Rice cooker • Electric water kettle • Air conditioning unit • Mini fridge • Several storages • Fire alarm and emergency sprinkler Furnishing • Queen-sized bed with beddings • 2 regular-sized pillows • 2 throw pillows • Built-in cabinets and large storage boxes • Workstation/Dining counter • Cove light for workstation Guest access Guests who book the studio will have access to the entire private room with a toilet and shower. Other things to note For stays longer than 7 days, utilities will be shared by guest & host and will be collected thru the AirBnB app upon check out. Utilities include: electricity (guest), water (host), internet (host), and admin fees (host). Electricity costs Php60 per day. I won’t require security deposits in cash but in case of a damage or loss in the unit, appliances, items, or a need for extra cleaning services due to negligence, it will be charged on the guest’s credit card as a resolution request. In the interest of the health and safety of all Amaia Skies occupants, I’m encouraging you to honestly answer the following questions before booking: 1. In the last two weeks, have you or anyone you with traveled to any areas that have been impacted by the coronavirus? 2. Have you been diagnosed with, or suspect that you have contracted, the coronavirus? 3. Do you currently have any travel restrictions in your area due to the coronavirus? 4. Is your intended stay less than 2 nights? If you answered NO to all of the questions above, kindly proceed with the booking. If you are staying for one night, kindly send us a message before booking. Due to the coronavirus, we’re taking extra care to disinfect each room before and right after reservations according to AirBnB Disinfection Protocol. We are also implementing a No Face Mask No Entry Policy, as well as, Physical Distancing Policy, so please bring your face masks and shields with you and keep a safe distance from other people while inside the Amaia Skies vicinity. Guests will also need to fill an information sheet, and get their temperatures checked when they arrive. Sorry but we cannot accept those who are exhibiting symptoms such as colds and fever. Lastly, it would be great if guests could bring copies of their Barangay Clearance, quarantine passes, negative PCR/Swab Test, or negative Rapid Test results upon check in. This is for the safety of everyone. These are good to have but not mandatory. Thank you for your patience and understanding in this unprecedented situation.
