Antique features have been restored to their old splendor, such as the French windows and the sliding door that separates the baywindow from the living room. Sleek, dark wood sets a sophisticated tone in the open plan kitchen, which has everything a foodie could ask for: high-end appliances and a clever use of a compact space. The bedroom is located on the interior side of the apartment, ensuring you undisturbed slumbers. The apartment is located right at the edge of the elegant Eixample district and the mazy Gothic Quarter, the oldest part of the city. Gaudí's architecture, high-fashion shopping, the great Boqueria market and trendy galleries are all just steps away from your apartment. We are unable to make exceptions due to local laws. + The building has an elevator, however it's not wheelchair accessible + Please note there is a 30 euros late checkin fee for check-ins between 21:00 and 24:00 and 50 euros for check-ins between 24:00 and 02:00. + You can store your luggage with us in the same building from 9:30 if necessary. In case we don’t have other guests checking out on your arrival day, we will be able to offer an early check-in. If you have a later departure and we are unable to extend your check-out, you are also welcome to store luggage with us. + A credit card pre-authorization of 100 euros for incidentals is required during check-in at the apartment. Please make sure you have a credit card available for this purpose when you arrive. The amount will be released after your check-out. + A local city tourist tax of 10,45 euros per person per night will have to be paid upon arrival. This is charged over a maximum of 7 days to guests aged 17 and older. + We are legally required to register all guests at check-in, in accordance with local regulations.
