Only 5 minutes away from Lake Norman State Park where you may enjoy hiking, biking, swimming, fishing, and boating! Chickadee Farms a quick drive across Troutman (5 miles distance). Downtown Mooresville is a 10 minute drive from the house where there are numerous restaurants / bars and entertainment such as indoor rock climbing, go carting, movies, bowling, and billiards. The space The Blue House in Troutman is a single story ranch home. The inside has upgraded kitchen, flooring, and master bath. The bedrooms are outfitted with new mattress and bedding with your comfort in mind. The backyard has a gas grill and wood burning fire pit with plenty of wood for a nice cozy campfire. Marshmallow roasting sticks are available for a fun and exciting campfire experience! Guest access When you stay at 'The Blue House in Troutman' you'll have access to all three bedrooms, kitchen, living room, and laundry room. The backyard fire pit and firewood are also available for guest use. The garage is the ONLY area off limits. Other things to note A fire pit has been added to the back yard for campfires and roasting marshmallows! There is plenty of parking for boats and RVs along the road frontage with an electrical outlet on the front left of the house to plug in your boats trickle charger.
