Welcome to your home away from home—a spacious and beautifully designed 3-bedroom, 2-bath loft right in the center of Reykjavik, you’ll have the best of the city right outside your door. —free parking is included! Inside, the space is full of charm and personality, featuring unique art and photography that give it a warm, stylish vibe. The space -Fully functional kitchen equipped with modern appliances, built in refrigerator/freezer and dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, oven and stove along with all utensils. Our living/dining room area is comfortable, stylish and functional. Equipped with a 48” flat screen Smart TV, which includes streaming platforms and an Apple TV. A record player with loads of records to chose from and a printer. -The master bedroom is very spacious, it includes a built in candle fireplace, paintings on the walls and even a surprise "secret art wall" by the window! -The other "master bedroom", also known as The Fire and Ice Room is very spacious and has an en suite bathroom and a built in mini fridge. Decorated with recent photographs of glaciers and the volcanic eruptions we´ve been experiencing for the past few years. -The third bedroom is a spacious walk around room decorated with paintings by Icelandic artists and has a desk and chair that´s perfect if you want to catch up on some work. -Each bedroom includes a closet, black out curtains, charging stations and king size premium beds, layered with crisp linen, each bed can be split up into two singles. -The bathrooms are designed to a certain standard, one is chic and modern while the other was designed to let the original period perfect features of the building survive. There are two showers where our guests can enjoy unlimited hot water after a long day of exploring. Complimentary toiletries and towels are included, as well as two hairdryers. There are 3 free parking spaces on the premises which is very important if you have a rental car as it is forbidden to park for longer than 3 hours in a 24-hour period in the downtown area. Guest access Guests have sole access and full use of the entire loft along with 3 free and private parking spaces.
