Set on an elevated site in a charming small development my house is located a short 15 mins walk from the heritage town of Kenmare which is famous for its award winning restaurants, traditional pubs, art galleries and craft shops. My house is also a perfect base from which to explore the stunning scenery and traditional villages of the Ring of Kerry, Ring of Beara and the Wild Atlantic Way. If golfing is your thing, both the Ring of Kerry and Kenmare Golf Clubs are just a short drive away. The space Downstairs comprises entrance hallway, downstairs toilet and open plan living room, dining room and kitchen. Wifi and Smart TV with Netflix, Amazon, and Youtube apps and local TV channels provided. Kitchen is fully equipped with oven and hob, washer/dryer, dishwasher, microwave and fridge freezer together with all necessary kitchen utensils, cookware and tableware. Glass doors from the kitchen lead to a private south-facing back garden with a lovely paved patio with table and chairs for outdoor dining. Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms and a family bathroom with full sized bath and shower overhead. The main bedroom has a double bed, 2nd bedroom has 2 single beds, 3rd bedroom has a single bed with a pullout bed for 6th guest if required. All bedrooms have ample storage with built in wardrobes, dressing tables and bedside lockers. A Travel Cot and High Chair are available on request. The master bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom with instant electric shower. There is ample parking to the side and front of the house. Guest access Guests have the full use of the house.
