Bright Double Room in North London Oasis

You will be very welcome to stay in my calm & friendly home. My home has a lovely warm and comfortable feel, with a spacious double room to let. The house is in a quiet road, with free parking, and good bus and Zone 4 tube/train links at Arnos Grove or New Southgate.(1 mile away) The space The room is south facing and has separate space with desk/office space, full length mirror and books to read on the shelves. There is a TV with access to Netflix, Amazon Prime and many channels. Shared bath and shower/toilet in the bathroom. There is a kettle and tea in your room for your convenience. The kitchen is fully equipped and kept clean (mainly vegetarian cooking preferred ); the living room bright and calm - opening onto a sunny garden - overlooked only by a tree and sky. Depending on the weather of course! Guest access You may use the kitchen and living area at flexible times and you may use a space in the fridge. I only ask that you clean up after use. Light Vegetarian cooking preferred. During your stay I would like you to feel at home, love to chat and take our own space If you need assistance please ask.
