Stylish hilltop holiday apartment arranged on two levels with stunning sea views, 3 minutes drive from the nearest beach and 10 minutes from the main village amenities and ferry port of Ammouliani island. Ideal for those seeking relaxation and the ultimate greek ‘sea and sun’ holiday experience. The space The apartment is part of a small housing complex, in a large olive grove estate that is situated on the west side of Kalopigado beach on Ammouliani island in Hakidiki. It is approximately 85 sq.m. split on two levels with a large outdoor sitting area. The wonderful view of the sea and Mount Athos can be enjoyed from all outside areas. On the ground floor there is an open plan kitchen with a dining table and a living room. There is a sofa as well as a single bed in the living room. If needed an extra bunk bed can be added to the space. There is also a small bathroom with a shower on the ground floor. On the first floor there are two double bedrooms and the main bathroom with shower. If needed we can add a baby cot in one of the bedrooms. The house is very comfortable for 2 couples or a family of 4 , but if you do not mind having children sleeping in common areas, you could fit up to 7 people in the house (4 adults and 3 children). Guest access Our property is situated on the hill on the west side Kalopigado beach in Ammouliani, which can be reached by car on a dirt road just 2,5 km from the island's port and main village. The apartment is situated inside an olive grove estate and all the roads within the estate are dirt roads but can be accessed with all cars. It does get a bit dusty but well worth it, once you reach the apartment! Detailed information about getting here will be sent out to all our guests prior to their arrival. Other things to note Cleaning and fresh linen are provided once per week and if you need extra services it can be arranged at an extra cost. Please bring your own beach towels!
