Modern large detached, ideal for families sharing

My place is ideal for families sharing. It is close to the blue flag Beach with its many coves. We are also close to McGrorys Pub - an award winning pub known for its live music. You can walk to the beach in 7 minutes and can walk to the pub in 2 mins. We have bikes, a BBQ and wetsuits if you need them. The house is set on a communal green area with an enclosed garden. We are near many great golf courses and are on the Wild Atlantic Way route. Good discount available for 7 day bookings. The space Brilliant spot. Walking distance to blue flag beach with sandy sand and spectacular views. Walking distance to the most fabulous local pubs with great bar and restaurant food and local entertainment. Guest access Use the house - all rooms, the garden and all the amenities in the shed - the bikes, the Kayak, the wetsuits, the BBQ and scooters! In a real emergency - call Jackie - 00353 056 3833 -she is local and can be called upon as needed. Here are a few points about the house and your stay - 1. Please leave it clean and tidy. The cleaning fee covers bed laundry - not the house cleaning - so you must leave it as you find it. 2. The oven - turn the switch on which is located on the wall tiles, just behind the gas rings. If neither oven comes on, please press some of the small / circular settings buttons and it should spring to life. 3. Immersion heater - if you need hot water (without heat) - you need to use the heater (please use wisely as you would in your own home). The switch is beside the sink (the left hand switch as you look at them). 4. The dishwasher switch is beside the immersion switch. 5. In the kitchen chest, in the central drawers, you will find new light bulbs, batteries for the TV remote. 6. In the kitchen cupboards we have left tea, coffee, herbs etc - please use freely. 7. Utility Room has a washer / dryer. Switch just located above it. 8. Outside shower available for rinsing off wetsuits etc. 9. The shower - it taking a shower in the main family bathroom, to get some water pressure you need to turn on the pump which is located within the hotpress cupboard. Just open the hotpress door and use the socket at the hotpress door on the hall. 10. Towels are in the chest on the landing floor. Please leave dirty towels in the utility room. 11. Heating - the controls are in the utility room, beside the sink. Beside it are 2 switches - pumping water switches. You must turn these on - the timer is self explanatory. Please use oil wisely and respectfully. 12. TV - The TV is straightforward. Turn on at wall switches - use the Sky TV remote - channels will automatically load. There is basic channels available. There are many DVD's - use freely. 13. You MUST recycle and take away all your bottles and plastics etc as you leave. The nearest bottle bank is at the old petrol station in Culdaff (where the Chippy is). 14. Please bag up all your rubbish and leave in the bin outside.
