This 1200 sf two story apartment has a primary bedroom with en-suite bathroom on the second floor with beautiful views of Lake Holly. First floor is living room, dining and kitchen space with a half bath. Awesome deck for relaxing. Walking distance to the beach. We provide beach chairs, beach towels, boogie boards and a cooler. We have an awesome outdoor shower for you to use after a day at the beach. Includes one off street parking space. There is an owner’s unit on the first floor. Please note in the off-season months (October - April) the downstairs unit is occupied and you may hear light noise from below. The downstairs unit is a totally separate unit. No shared spaces other than driveway and back yard. The upper deck is for the exclusive use by guests in the upstairs unit. Guest access Exclusive access to your upstairs apartment and shared access to hammock, outdoor shower, and yard. Other things to note There is one outdoor security camera overlooking the driveway used to monitor noise and occupancy. The device does have the ability to record. No other cameras on the property. No interior cameras.
