By creating this cottage, our goal was to design accommodation that is both simple and warm, so that you can undoubtedly enjoy pleasant moments. The space This charming single-story cottage, located away from our two other accommodations, has been fully designed and decorated with love and passion. It has a private terrace equipped with a table, chairs, a pergola, a barbecue and deckchairs, ideal to fully enjoy your moments of relaxation. Inside, you will find a living room with a TV area, a sofa bed for two, and a fully equipped kitchen with a table and chairs. The cottage also has a separate toilet. A second room offers a double bed, sink, shower and towel rail, for your comfort. This cottage is ideal for a pleasant stay for couples, families or groups of friends (up to 4 people, including children). For your parking, a space is reserved in front of the cottage, with the possibility of parking in the village if necessary. Guest access Parking is available in front of the cottage; beyond that, you have to park in the village. Other things to note : IMPORTANT: Please read carefully and accept the rules below before finalizing your booking. Please do not play music outside at any time of the day, in order to respect the neighborhood and other tenants. Music inside the cottage is allowed, but must remain reasonable. From 10 p.m., we ask that you limit outside noise so as not to disturb the neighborhood. Outdoor lighting, especially for games, automatically turns off at 10 p.m. The property has flowers and plants; we ask that you do not play ball or disturb these spaces. Surveillance cameras, especially above the pool and in the parking lot, are only present when we are away. Parking: A parking space is available in front of the cottage. Beyond that, please park your vehicle in the village. Pool: Open from 9:00 a.m. to 8:30 p.m. in summer, the pool is shared with the owners (who live on site) as well as with the other tenants.
