Our place is located in the heart of the south docks overlooking Grand Canal dock & the river Liffey. We are just 1.9km from city centre (approx. 22mins walking distance). There are a number of amenities & services in the immediate area: bars, restaurants, theatre and retail. The area is well serviced by a number of transport: Dart rail service, Bus Services & the LUAS tram line. The ensuite is cosy & comfortable and you get EXACTLY what you see on the pictures. You will love the place :) The space Our apartment is relatively new. A spacious & modern duplex unit. Our Double Bed En Suite guest room is located on the first floor, giving you total privacy. The bedroom is spacious, clean, well kept and the queen size bed is unbelievable comfortable. We offer amenities (toiletries, towels, shampoo, conditioner, hair dryer and etc). There is no TV or coffee & tea facilities in the room. You get EXACTLY what you see on the pictures. Guest access You can have access to the living room and kitchen to make some tea or coffee. During your stay I will be more than happy to assist you and help you while staying with us. I love hosting and welcoming people to our beuatiful home.
