The amenities of this modern apartment include free access to the pool, beach, parking, and Wi-Fi. The space The apartment features a bedroom with a queen-size bed and an open plan kitchen with a sidebar exposed to the living room where you can enjoy the panoramic view of the largest pool in El Gouna & the palms up to the sky and the sea vibes. The TV receives local and cable TV channels; the sofa bed is easily expandable into a double bed, so the apartment is perfect for couples, groups of friends, or families with children. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, microwave, kettle and kitchenware. Amenities like a washing machine, air conditioning, drying rack, iron, and ironing board are provided. Things to note: The apartment is a 2-minute walk from the parking lot, you need to get on the other side of the pool. Guest access QR codes permits and check-in instructions are shared automatically 24h before arrival. Check-in 14:00 & Check-out 11:00 Early / Late check-out can only be confirmed 24h before your arrival / departure. Our guests have free access to Mangroovy Beach & pool by showing reservation confirmation email. As well access to Outdoor Gym by the beach & mini kids area. Other things to note Swimming Pool hours are from 9 am to Sunset. Using the pool outside working hours results in fines by El Gouna. ِ-In line with Egyptian law, if one partner holds Egyptian nationality, an official marriage certificate is required. (Unofficial or “Orfi” documents are not accepted). Non-Egyptian passport holders do not need to provide a marriage certificate. -All guests' names and IDs/Passports to be sent upon booking confirmation or maximum before 72 hours before Check-in for Gouna QR code gate entry.
