The space Ground level, separate entrance and Very private and spacious 700 sq. feet apt. Connected to the main house but totally private. There are large windows and sky lights in the bathroom and kitchen which provide lots of natural light. The kitchen has a 5 burner stove/oven and a full size refrigerator. Everything needed for cooking and eating is supplied including Keurig coffee maker and microwave. Kitchen door access to patio with a table and Weber Gas Grill provided just for guests use. Living room and bedroom window A/C units provided in warmer months. Large Washer/Dryer, for guest use only, concealed in closet in living room. All linens, towels, extra blankets and pillows and paper goods ( tissue, paper towels) are provided. Many other amenities provided- please see list. Designated parking spot in driveway. Guest access Easy check-in with Electronic Keypad Private Entry into apartment is located on left side of home (when facing front of home). The entire apartment is private. Other things to note PLEASE NOTE: NO SMOKING OF ANYTHING IN APT. and NO PETS allowed. Cigarette smoking allowed outside on patio. There is a fee of $25 per night for each additional guest (after 4) . Maximum guests allowed is 6. Early check in or late check out MUST be requested in advance and may incur an additional charge. Bath towels provided; please bring beach towels during summer months if needed. Please do not use the towels for make-up removal.
