The house is well equipped with WiFi, Micro and laundry machine. Short walk to ocean and even closer to one of the area's common pools. Outside Blue Mango you will find restaurants, Seven Eleven, Minimarket and one of Sun4U´'s service offices where you can order Transport, Cleaning Trips or rent bicycles and much much more. Welcome! The space The tenant has pay deposit of 2000 baht to us upon arrival. The tenant must pay for damage they cause on inventory or furniture of the house. The tenant must to pay if loosing of things belonging to the owner. Smoking in the house is not allowed. The tenant must to keep clean in the house. The garbage room of the residence is in the left side the gate of residence ( You can ask the guard (A one-time cost of 1000THB will be added for key cards)
