The house also has air conditioning for cooling and heating in all bedrooms and the living room and a nice open fireplace in the living room and is therefore ideal for use in the beautiful winter months. The living room is very bright and friendly. The large windows offer a wonderful view of the pool and the sea. The kitchen is equipped to a high standard. Free very fast WiFi with unlimited volume (very rare in this region) Washing machine available The house is connected to a Solar-Panel-System and is therefore CO2-neutral. Enjoy the tranquil and unspoiled area abundant in olives, almonds carobs, oranges and lemons with quiet tracks for walking. In spring time, the fields are full of an abundance of wild flowers. Guest access Private garden and private pool. Parking is available in front of the house. Other things to note The house can be reached from Faro airport in half an hour by car. You can only book the house weekly from Saturday to Saturday (exceptions may be possible in the low season upon prior request). Special conditions for bookings of over 4 weeks on request. The house and the pool are cleaned once a week on Saturday. Linen and towel are changed weekly as well. The beautiful beaches can be reached from Tavira by ferry in about 10 minutes, other beaches by car in about 15 minutes. Barril beach behind the village of Santa Lucia is about a 10-minute walk through the nature reserve, or you can take a little train. With regard to children, we would like to point out that the house has an open, unfenced pool area. Dogs (up to two) are welcome. This is the perfect accomodation for golfers wishing to sample the excellent courses situated in the Eastern Algarve. Within a 20 km radius there are 7 courses to choose from.
