The space Please note that unlike some other rental properties, your bedding, towels, house slippers, cleaning and welcome pack are included in the price and not charged as an extra. The only exception to this is the Tourist Tax, introduced to the Aosta Valley from May 2025. On request (not included in the price) and based on availability it is possible to request the reservation of a covered parking space inside the condominium garage for €20 per day There is a laundry room in the condo at payment - and an ironing service can be booked as well. The washing machine works with coins and needs to be booked before. The Ironing - €15 for a load of laundry (must be payed when the load is sent to the lady to wash them) There are other common areas inside the condominium that can be freely accessed during your stay for socializing, spending quality time together, etc: 1. One kid's playroom The building is just close by the Genzianella ski rental Property description Sleeping Area The master bedroom offers a double bed, TV and a Wardrobe. Another sleeping area is located in a mezzanine structure which includes two single beds. Please make sure that you have no issues with low ceilings. A double sofa bed is located in the living room which hosts other 2 guests Living Room/dining area. The main Living Room has a wide space for you to enjoy, a dining area with a table that seats 4/6 people and one sofa bed. Kitchen There is a fully operational yet simple kitchen. It features an induction hob, a mini fridge, a microwave, a dishwasher, an espresso machine, a kettle, a toaster and ample storage for food and kitchen utensils. Bathroom There is a spacious full bathroom to ensure that getting ready after a day of skiing is comfortable for your group. Private Ski Locker On level 0 the apartment has a dedicated ski locker in the ski room area. Our on-site host will show you everything on your arrival Guest access The apartment is located on the fourth floor and is accessible by elevator Free parking is available and located outside, part of the condominium parking lot but is subject to availability. Upon request (not included in the price) and subject to availability, it is possible to reserve a covered parking space within the condominium garage.
