Welcome to the Kōhatu House Style and Grace - Mesmerising views of both Coronet Peak and The Remarkable Mountain ranges are common place in our home. The sunny upper level is the heart of the house. Huge oversized sliding door and skylight windows open up to a stunning view of the mountains (and a starry sky at night) while the indoor fireplace complements a glass of wine in hand after a big day of adventures. The space THE KITCHEN The kitchen is equipped with all the appliances to cook a delicious meal during your stay. Breville coffee machine with coffee beans provided. Tea and condiments are also provided. THE MASTER BEDROOM Situated on the top level the master bedroom is spacious and well-positioned for views to the top peaks of the Remarkables mountains. It comes equipped with a large walk-in wardrobe to put your gear and a lovely bathroom with a double shower. The large king-size bed is so comfortable you'll wake up feeling rested and restored. BEDROOMS The other two bedrooms are situated on the ground level equipped with queen sized comfortable beds - each bedroom's windows open up to their own deck area where you can sit and enjoy the breath taking backdrop. LAUNDRY There is a full laundry facility including a washing machine and a dryer to use at your leisure. HEATING With the combination of a well-built home, a state of the art heat pump, and an epic large gas fireplace, our home is warm year-round regardless of what mother nature throws our way. PARKING Parking is no issue here with a spacious indoor garage, a designated parking space outside the house and plenty of on-street parking available. ACTIVITIES & EXPLORATION The golf course, stunning hikes and biking trails, and The Clubhouse restaurant are all within a 5-minute walk from the front door. WINTER ACTIVITIES The Remarkables ski field is a 20-minute drive to the top of the mountain, ready to put your skis on, and Coronet Peak is within a half-hour's drive. MORE INFO A high-speed internet connection is set up and available for use, Smart TV with a connection to Netflix and youtube is provided. For more engaging entertainment try a game of backgammon, battleship, monopoly, or a frisbee match. Guest access You have access to the entire house. Communicate with us if you require a high chair, portacot and toys for your young kids. These are available at no extra cost.
