Spacious double bedroom in Lisbon with large and comfortable mattress, desk and a big closet. The location is great and the room perfect whatever your on a holiday or you're working/ studying. The comfort of the apartment, the silence of the neighbourhood and the proximity to the center of the city and the airport are plus factors. You can also take a direct 45 min train to Sintra. The space * Nice room in a big 5 bedroom apartment located in one of the best areas of Lisbon called Avenida de Roma. The apartment is close to all kind of transportation (bus, subway, train) to everywhere inside the city. * It is located on a 4th floor of a building and elevator is currently being installed. * The apartment is equipped with a good wireless internet signal; * It is located in one of the most famous avenues in Lisbon with all services (supermarket, pharmacy and shops at the door). * You also have 3 different metro stations 5 minutes walking distance and one 10 minutes away: Areeiro, Roma, Campo Pequeno and Alameda: green, yellow and red line. You're 15 minutes away from the old centre and 20 minutes away from the airport. * Train station Roma/Areeiro next door. You can go directly to Sintra or to several other places in Portugal a step away from home. * There are also several bus stops practically at your doorstep and a direct bus to Costa da Caparica (beach) 10 minutes walking distance. * Close to some of the main universities in Lisbon: IST - Instituto Superior Técnico, ISCTE, Cidade Universitária and others. Guest access * Guests have full and private access to their own bedroom (with lock) and will share the rest of the apartment with other guests or residents. It can be a great way to meet new and amazing people! During your stay * We are more than happy to provide our guests with any helpful information about the apartment and the city of Lisbon. On the arrival we will be at the apartment to welcome you, exchange keys and provide any information for a pleasant stay in Lisbon. We are also happy to help you in anything you need during your stay; Other things to note * Check-in time is from 3 pm to 8 pm and check-out time is until 10 am. Of course that we facilitate early entrances or late check-outs of our guests whenever possible (there is a value of € 25 for early check ins before 3 pm or late night check ins after 8 pm and € 40 for late night check ins post 11 pm).
