Le Port on Leinster

Le Port is our sanctuary, ideally located right in the middle of the action in beautiful Mount Maunganui. Spread over two levels, the three-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment will be yours exclusively! Sunny balconies, a spacious living room, fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, second lounge and off-road car parks. Also situated in quick walking distance to Main Street, both beaches and Mauao itself — it can't be beaten! Our unit is unsuitable for large gatherings or parties. The space Le Port is a three-level apartment in central Mount Maunganui. Basement floor is the carpark, with two free, off-road, covered car parks. From the basement make your way up the stairs to the middle floor which comprises of three bedrooms: the first with a super-king and en suite, the second with a king bed, and the third smaller room with a king-single. All three bedrooms have closet space. The main bathroom with a washing machine is here too. Up the stairs to the top floor you will find a spacious and sunny living room furnished with comfortable couches and chairs, with two ranch sliders that can be opened to enjoy the sun and sea breeze, as well as a fully-equipped kitchen. There are balconies on both sides of the top floor, with Mount views. Heaters and fans are available, and we also have spare linen (towels, bedsheets, blankets) available at no cost, iron + ironing board, clothes horse, television and speakers for those summer tunes. As we are apartment living, we must be considerate of noise levels for our neighbours, therefore our unit is not suitable for large gatherings or parties. Other things to note There are two stairwells in our apartment.
