Dixon Coop is located one mile away, on Hwy 75, providing supermarket essentials as well as cooked food. Also, several breweries and wineries are withing walking distance (Vivac winery sits just across the street on hwy 68). Sipapu ski valley is only 20 minutes away, Ojo Caliente hot springs is 30 minutes away. Private River rafting can be provided, as well as other river-related activities (fishing, swimming etc).
